After completion, the learner is conversational about the product or capability through a combination of self-paced curriculum, videos, and demo videos. Learning implementation is not a goal. An Essentials level Certification follows.
Pick Your Path

Levels 01, 02 & 03

Learn basic usage with video demos and hands-on experience, earn an Associate Level Certification, and then dive deeper into role-specific hands-on curriculum, earning Badges and Certifications along the way.

Accumulate Skills

Badges

Earn badges for each Level 2 course, specific to your role. Nothing more, nothing less. After earning all the Level 2 badges for your role, take the Level 2 Professional Certification exam.
Earn Credentials

Certifications

Earn CloudBees Certifications at the end of each knowledge level. There are 4 certification levels: Essentials, Associate, Professional, and Expert.

CloudBees Software Delivery Automation

CloudBees CI

CloudBees University technical training is organized by roles within an organization.

DevOps Engineer or Architect

An engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining build pipelines and the CloudBees CI system itself.

Build Engineer

A developer who uses CloudBees CI to perform actions such as builds and deployments.

QA Engineer

Quality assurance engineer who performs deployments and runs tests related to CloudBees CI.

Administrator

A system administrator for CloudBees CI who owns tasks such as installing, upgrading, and maintaining. Also  maintains user groups and access controls.

Application Lead or Manager

Someone who leads or manages a group of application developers.

Engineering, DevOps, or QA Manager

An individual who manages a group of engineers, release engineers, or quality assurance engineers. Needs a high-level understanding of the product.  May be responsible for approvals and audits related to the products being automated.

CloudBees Software Delivery Automation

CloudBees CD/RO

CloudBees University technical training is organized by roles within an organization.

Implementation Engineer

An engineer responsible for implementing and maintaining the process automations within CloudBees CD/RO. Encompasses all aspects of creating automation, maintaining access controls, and troubleshooting issues within the product.

QA Engineer

Quality assurance engineer who performs deployments and runs tests related to CloudBees CD/RO.

Dev Engineer

A developer who uses CloudBees CD/RO to perform actions such as deployments or releases.

Administrator

A system administrator for CloudBees CD/RO who owns tasks such as installing, upgrading, and maintaining. Also will be maintaining user groups and access controls.

Engineering, Release, or QA Manager

An individual who manages a group of engineers, release engineers, or quality assurance engineers. Needs a high-level understanding of the product.  May be responsible for approvals and audits related to the products being automated.

CloudBees Feature Management

Developer

An engineer who defines and creates the code/artifacts that are deployed through the release process.

DevOps Engineer

An engineer who oversees the entire DevOps process from creation of artifacts all the way to deployment of artifacts. Writes, maintains, and troubleshoots the pipelines and feature flags, focusing on automation and processes. May also be responsible for implementing and maintaining processes and process automations.

Administrator

A system administrator owns installing, upgrading, and maintaining. Can also maintain user groups, access controls, and network configurations.

CloudBees Build Acceleration

Administrator

A system administrator for CloudBees Build Acceleration, who owns tasks such as installing, upgrading, and maintaining.

Build Engineer

An engineer who uses the differentiators, history, and annotations CloudBees Build Acceleration tools.
