Start by reading about CloudBees University and course descriptions on the Training and Certification page.

For CloudBees customers and partners: First create a CloudBees University account at https://university.cloudbees.com. Make sure to use your work email address when creating your account. After you login to CloudBees University, you will see training options by CloudBees product. Select a product to view and register for learning paths, which contain self-paced, online courses for the product. Our learning paths are role-based, so select the learning path role that is closest to your own role. Many of our courses in the learning paths provide a cloud-based lab environment so you can practice what you learn in the courses. In addition, instructor-led training is available for some CloudBees courses. Contact your CloudBees Account Executive for more information about instructor-led training

For the Jenkins community: CloudBees offers Jenkins self-paced online training, available to the entire Jenkins community. More information on Jenkins training options can be found on the CloudBees University Jenkins Training page. • How do I get started with earning a certification?

First, we recommend completing the training courses associated with the certification exam. Courses are included in role-based product learning paths in CloudBees University. Certification exams are based primarily on the content in the training courses.

Note that Jenkins training has a subscription option, which provides access to the Jenkins training courses, plus cloud-based lab environments and up to two certification exam attempts.

After completing the recommended courses, register for the Certification Exam course in your learning path. The certification exam course contains specific information about the exam, including the topics and how many questions are on the exam, practice exam questions, information about how to register for and purchase the exam, as well as other Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). When you purchase an exam attempt, you are automatically directed to an Exam Registration & Access course, which is where you access the Exam Portal to schedule, cancel, or reschedule your exam appointment, as well as login for your exam appointment at the scheduled time. You can always access the Exam Registration & Access course, as well as other courses for which you have registered, in your CloudBees University profile, located at the top-right of the CloudBees University site after you log in.
