Operational Management
Our MSP partners take over operational management of CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise, as well as hardware, systems, network, security and data.
Optional Add-on Services
MSPs may also offer additional services in the areas of CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise admin (user management), DevOps consulting and application development and maintenance
CloudBees Technical Expertise
Our MSPs are fully-certified to support CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise. You still get all the benefits of our years of Jenkins® expertise and a steady cadence of new functionality.
Requirements for CloudBees Premier Managed Service Providers
Experience with MSP delivery model
The MSPs in our program must have experience in delivering services and support in a managed services delivery model. They must have full-time resources as well as a support model with foundational processes and tools.
Experience and skills in DevOps
All CloudBees MSP partners must have experience and skills in DevOps. Specifically, continuous integration / continuous delivery processes and practices.
Experience in infrastructure managed services
Our MSP partners are certified by leading public cloud providers as premium IaaS consultants and as IaaS Managed Service Providers.
Deep experience with Jenkins
Our MSP partners must have a solid track record in working with Jenkins and CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise as well as other core DevOps tools, such as Jira and GitHub.
