This talk will focus on how all members of the technology community can contribute and encourage technologists from non-traditional and under-represented groups. There is a lot of confusion, fear and angst when it comes to understanding how and in what ways to be part of the conversations on diversity and inclusion. This talk is a place where you fit in no matter what your background is and where you everybody can learn to contribute their time and efforts, as well as share ideas and experiences.
