CloudBees to Highlight Kubernetes Innovation at Microsoft Build 2018 in Seattle

MAY 2, 2018 – SAN JOSE, CA. – CloudBees , the hub of enterprise DevOps, announced today it is sponsoring the Microsoft Build conference, to be held May 7-9, at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. The conference is Microsoft’s ultimate annual developer event, where the most innovative minds in tech gather under one roof to get inspired, create tomorrow and code the future. Come visit CloudBees in booth E-60, and learn about the latest innovation for DevOps teams.

At Microsoft Build, CloudBees will highlight CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise running on Kubernetes. CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise is an enterprise-grade, continuous delivery solution for enterprise teams. Running natively on Kubernetes, CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise enables DevOps teams to deliver cloud native applications, fully leveraging the advantages of scalability, elasticity and portability. CloudBees will have experts available to demo the CloudBees software suite and discuss how CloudBees enables DevOps teams to accelerate software delivery using advanced, modern technologies.

CloudBees has been collaborating with Microsoft to provide support for Microsoft’s Azure Container Service (AKS) , based on Kubernetes. Azure Container Service makes it simple to create, configure and manage a cluster of virtual machines that are preconfigured to run containerized applications. This enables software delivery teams to use existing skills, or draw upon a large and growing body of industry expertise, to deploy and manage container-based applications on Microsoft Azure. Using Azure Container Service, you can take advantage of the enterprise-grade features of Azure, while still maintaining application portability through Kubernetes and the Docker image format. CloudBees Jenkins Enterprise on AKS will enable customers to run their workloads in private, public or hybrid cloud environments.

The Expo Hall at Microsoft Build is open throughout the conference. Visit CloudBees in booth E-60 during the following times:

  • Monday, May 7: 11:30am - 8:30pm PDT
