CloudBees Presents Sixth Annual Innovation Awards at DevOps World

American Express Global Business Travel, Tenable, TIAA, TransUnion and FIS recognized for excellence in software delivery

DEVOPS WORLD 2021 – SAN JOSE, Calif. – Sept. 29, 2021 CloudBees, the enterprise software delivery company and headline sponsor of DevOps World, today announced the winners of the annual CloudBees Innovation Awards.

Awards were presented in five categories, each honoring the outstanding achievements of CloudBees customers. The awards recognize companies and teams in different stages of their DevOps journeys that are driving efforts to innovate and transform software delivery using CloudBees solutions. The winners were chosen from among dozens of entries by a distinguished panel of industry thought leaders including Jayne Groll, CEO, DevOps Institute; Brian Dawson, vice president of developer relations and ecosystem development, The Linux Foundation; and Sacha Labourey, co-founder and chief strategy officer, CloudBees.

The winners are:

American Express Global Business Travel and Tenable for DevOps and Analytics

This award is presented to the CloudBees customers exemplifying the most outstanding automated DevOps processes across a team or organization, backed up by key business metrics (DevOps research and assessment metrics and beyond) which help justify the investment in DevOps and prove the business benefits.

TIAA for DevOps Scalability Achievement

This award is presented to the CloudBees customer demonstrating the most outstanding highly scaled continuous delivery and DevOps implementation across multiple teams or the entire organization.

American Express Global Business Travel for Security, Compliance and Audit Innovation

This award recognizes a CloudBees customer that has demonstrated the highest degree of innovation in building security and compliance into its audit or change management processes.

FIS for Enterprise Progressive Delivery

This award recognizes the CloudBees customer demonstrating the best example of modernizing software delivery practices across the organization, using innovative and efficient methods that enable them to remove blockers, scale and ship features to their customers fast.

TransUnion for DevOps Rising Star

TransUnion quickly established a more streamlined environment, which has increased global visibility into software development, while maximizing deployment efforts and overall developer efficiency. This approach has already translated into meaningful development value and proves DevOps implementation is possible in highly complex, global enterprise environments.

“The CloudBees Innovation Awards showcase the best examples of DevOps in action – companies and teams conquering challenges at different points in their transformation journeys,” said Sacha Labourey, co-founder and chief strategy officer, CloudBees. “Whether they’re starting fast, accelerating programs and removing bottlenecks, or scaling up to enterprise-wide excellence, this year’s winners are delivering on the promise of DevOps and having a tremendous impact on their businesses and the customers they serve.”

CloudBees will donate $1,000 in the name of each winner to the charitable organization of their choice. The CloudBees Innovation Award winners will be formally announced and recognized on Wed., Sept. 29, and Thurs., Sept. 30, during the DevOps World keynote addresses.
