Direct Feedback
We believe in direct, honest and constructive feedback. Helping each other get better every day is crucial. We are not just open to feedback, we demand it, regardless of seniority, tenure and where someone sits in the org chart. Giving feedback is kind, not giving it is unfair. We know how to do it without being a jerk.
