Company Names Jim McLoughlin VP of Sales to Support Strong Growth, Take Advantage of Market Opportunities for Java Platform as a Service
BOSTON, MA. -- June 2, 2011 -- CloudBees, the Java PaaS innovation leader, today announced the appointment of Jim McLoughlin as Vice President of Sales. McLoughlin brings more than 25 years of sales experience in enterprise software and will oversee CloudBees' global sales operations as the company continues its aggressive growth in the nascent Platform as a Service (PaaS) market.
Previously, McLoughlin served as Senior VP of Sales at Appirio, a leading cloud solutions provider, where he established a highly productive sales process that led the company to four consecutive "best ever" quarters. Prior to that, he served as VP of Sales for EMEA, Americas and India at Borland; VP of Sales and Managing Director at PeopleSoft; and VP of Sales and General Manager at JD Edwards, where he helped the company grow from $100M revenue to more than $1.1B.
