CloudBees Appoints Philippe Van Hove as Chief Revenue Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - Feb 03, 2026 - CloudBees, a leading provider of enterprise software delivery solutions, today announced the appointment of Philippe Van Hove as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Van Hove will oversee CloudBees’ global revenue organization, guiding sales execution and customer expansion as the company advances its strategy for AI-powered, enterprise-scale DevOps.

Van Hove joined CloudBees in 2024 as Managing Director and Vice President of EMEA Sales, where he was instrumental in advancing operational rigor across the company’s international go-to-market teams. His leadership contributed to stronger customer engagement, increased executional consistency, and accelerated global momentum—particularly following the introduction of CloudBees Unify, the company’s AI-forward software delivery platform.

The appointment underscores CloudBees’ continued investment in leadership development and operational scale as enterprise customers modernize software delivery in increasingly complex, AI-enabled environments.

Before joining CloudBees, Van Hove served as Chief Revenue Officer at Shippeo, where he led sustained double-digit growth in a rapidly scaling SaaS business. His career spans more than 25 years building and leading revenue organizations across enterprise and SaaS companies, including Zuora, Lacework, Workday, BladeLogic, BMC Software, and PTC. He is known for creating disciplined, repeatable go-to-market models and developing high-performing global teams in complex, competitive markets.
