Now in limited preview — and open to design partners.
The next era of software delivery is agentic — and it starts with trust
AI has already transformed how developers write code. The next transformation is how enterprises deliver software. While smaller teams are experimenting with AI copilots and agentic tools, enterprise organizations face a tougher reality: complex systems, fragmented pipelines, and the need for absolute trust and control.
CloudBees has been on a continuous journey to apply AI where it matters most: in the fabric of enterprise software delivery.
We pioneered smart test intelligence with award-winning CloudBees Smart Tests, an AI-based solution that makes testing faster and smarter. We built CloudBees Unify, the intelligent control plane that unites every delivery tool and team under one governed foundation. And with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), we introduced the secure connective tissue that allows AI agents to safely interact with enterprise systems.
Now, we’re introducing our latest innovation.
Meet AI First Responder: Your trusted partner for incident triage, now in limited preview
Modern DevOps teams are overwhelmed by alert fatigue, context switching, and manual triage across fragmented tools. Every incident becomes a scavenger hunt — logs in one place, pipelines in another, and tribal knowledge scattered across communication threads.
CloudBees AI First Responder (AIFR), now available in limited preview, aims to address this problem by bringing AI-powered incident triage directly into Slack.
Built on Unify’s control plane, AIFR gives every DevOps, platform, and SRE team the ability to collaborate safely with AI, reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR), cutting noise, and building trust with every interaction with context. By removing manual triage cycles and providing an integrated incident response capability, developers can increase their time spent coding (currently only 24%), driving more innovation for their organization.
Key features:
Contextual awareness: AIFR understands your systems, pipelines, and policies through Unify’s knowledge graph.
Faster triage: Summarizes logs, identifies root causes, and suggests next steps directly in chat.
Governed by design: Every action is logged, reviewable, and compliant with enterprise policy.
Collaborative by design: Meets your teams where they work without rip-and-replace tooling.
Human in the loop: AIFR augments your team’s expertise without ever replacing human judgment.
Our initial demo shows the early stages of AIFR, focused on the knowledge training aspect of the service. Once enabled, AIFR can also provide direct auto-remediation with GitOps updates through Unify into your system.

Over the coming months, CloudBees will continue to expand its AI ecosystem across both the control plane and the context plane, deepening Unify’s role as the foundation for safe, scalable, and measurable AI adoption in DevOps.
We’re inviting a select group of AI Design Partners to help shape the future of agentic DevOps with us.
As a design partner, you’ll gain early access to limited preview features, like AIFR, collaborate directly with CloudBees’ product and engineering teams, and influence the AI roadmap across Unify.
