Salesforce and Automation: FinServ and the Non-technical User

In an increasingly low-code/no-code world, the Financial Services sector is uniquely poised to fuel a digital renaissance of non-technical users digitizing and automating their business processes. Historically typified by pen, paper, and manual tasks, firms of all sizes and specialties are positioned to: 1) combine sophisticated automation with operational expertise, and 2) springboard ahead, establishing unique competitive advantages and reaching new heights of efficiency and financial profitability. Using examples from our current client portfolio, we will illustrate the diversity with which Salesforce and other low-code tools can be applied to deliver an exceptional client experience, and cover several of the characteristics that signal this type of optimization to be of potential value for firms in the sector.
