This presentation will explore what is needed to manage DevOps (and DevSecOps) at Scale as part of your digital operating model. What capabilities do you need? What data do I need (to achieve end-to-end traceability)? What end-to-end value streams and journeys do I need to enable? What roles do I need in full digital organization? DevOps at scale requires blending various practices and framework including Scaled Agile Practices (e.g. SAFe, Less), TOGAF (for enterprise architecture), Scrum, DevOps, SRE, ITIL 4, NIST (covering security management) and ITIL (for service management).
