While there is a lot of talk about DevOps and the technology around it, there is very limited focused information on how to start or scale up your career in DevOps. This practical talk aims to bridge that gap. The talk is a crystallization of my over two decades of experience in DevOps field (I've been in this field even before the word was coined!). It brings to fore my learnings from over 1000+ interviews I've taken for various DevOps roles for my Customers and internal.
