In DevOps the definition of awesome is “you build it, you run it”, unfortunately this is not always possible. In such cases we want to minimize any resulting barriers, DevOps principles, tools and technologies can help do that. Highly Regulated / Restricted Environments (HRE) pose particular challenges these include environments with air gapped systems, heightened access controls, strict segregation of duties & separation of concerns etc. This session will cover the transition of operational support of a critical application in a HRE from development to regional operations was achieved
