Nikhil Vaze is a full stack software engineer here at CloudBees, who loves to hack on things. Recently, he was featured on DZone as the “Dev of the Week.” DZone caught up with Nikhil to find out what he is currently working on now and what's coming next.
Q: What have you been working on lately?
For the last five years I’ve been working on the CloudBees Flow platform. My current assignment is leading a team working on our plugins and integrations. This ranges from source control systems to emerging technologies like Docker.
Q: What’s the best part about your job?
The best part of my job is playing with a variety of technologies. Every day I am reminded of how much I have to learn. These days, I find myself working on Java Virtual Machine (JVM) languages and Perl with a smattering of Ruby and a dash of Go.
