CloudBees Is Improving the Customer User Management Experience

The following is an important update for our customers.

We are improving the login and onboarding experience of your CloudBees support and training resources to provide customers with an easier and more integrated journey.

Starting May 15, 2021, the login system for support, uploads and training will leverage our new identity system: id.cloudbees.com.

The same day, the legacy user management console will be replaced by our new user management system: app.cloudbees.com


What This Means for Customers

This new system will unify access for all the CloudBees hosted resources and allow you to easily access our SaaS products, tap into support or training resources or provide product feedback. No action is required on your side.

Some other things to know:

  • As an individual user, you can use this new app.cloudbees.com interface to manage your user profile, security features and organizations membership

  • As an organization admin, you can manage your organization details, invite or remove users, manage their permissions and configure SAML Single Sign-On

The legacy systems will remain operational for a bit longer, but we strongly advise you to start using the new system to be fully ready the day we will stop them.
