DevOps World is committed to making participation in the event a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of level of experience, education, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or nationality.
The use of sexualized language or imagery
Personal attacks
Intimidating or insulting/derogatory comments
Public or private harassment
Inappropriate physical contact
Harassing photography or recording
Stalking
Sustained disruption of talks or other events
Publishing other’s private information, such as physical or electronic addresses, without explicit permission
Other unethical or unprofessional conduct
Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately.
The DevOps World conference organizers reserve the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, any DevOps World hosted event (including future DevOps World events) at any time in its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with this policy, and the terms and conditions herein. If a participant engages in harassing or uncomfortable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the conference with no refund. Please note, while we take all concerns raised seriously, we will use our discretion as to determining when and how to follow up on reported incidents, and may decline to take any further action and/or may direct the participant to other resources for resolution.
By adopting this Code of Conduct, the DevOps World conference organizers commit themselves to fairly and consistently applying these principles to every aspect of managing this event.
Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting eventshelp@cloudbees.com. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. The Event Team will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing discomfort or harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference.
