At the recent DevOps Enterprise Summit (DOES16) in San Francisco, I had the pleasure of sitting down with one of our customers, Daniel Perez from HPE,  and our CTO Anders Wallgren for a joint interview with Tech Target . DevOps means different things to different people, and every DevOps implementation and DevOps adoption journey is different. Watch the short interview   to learn what each of us feels DevOps is all about, how it relates to Agile, why culture matters, and how technology helps bridge gaps between teams.

In the interview, Daniel also shares how DevOps has empowered HPE, through their recent series of acquisitions and organizational re-structuring , to achieve repeatable IT practices at scale . This enables them to to support their delivery needs - since the the business never stops! - while minimizing operational costs and risk. Their implementation of a shared, on-demand, DevOps platform using CloudBees Flow supports thousands of developers worldwide and enables them to ship software faster - all while the "mother ship" is undergoing this massive change. You can learn more about HPE's journey of DevOps in the enterprise here . Also, I encourage you to watch Daniel's DOES16 talk about ChatOps   - where he covers HPE's implementation of Hubot and CloudBees Flow to enable a centralized point of collaboration between Dev and Ops, and gain complete visibility throughout the entire software delivery process.
