Community is where it's at

The upcoming DevOps Enterprise Summit (DOES15) happening next month in San Francisco is designed to be a unique experience that is focused around creating an environment of learning, sharing and community . Nowhere is the age-old saying, “Two minds are better than one” more evident than at this incredible conference. The DOES sessions are designed to provide an ideal environment for collaboration and engagement, where attendees, speakers and conference organizers can interact and share experiences, solve problems and learn from one another. Conference attendees will leave the event not only with a bevy of new ideas and strategies to accelerate and scale their DevOps transformation, but with an extensive network of like-minded IT professionals that will continue to foster innovation and professional growth. No matter where you are on your journey - whether you are a seasoned DevOps vet or simply exploring how DevOps can work in your organization - hearing from folks who have first-hand experience with making DevOps work for large enterprises is both inspiring and informative. As you look to learn from experts, share your own experiences, get a new perspective or a "blueprint" for implementing the next step in your journey, see how you can tackle the next challenge, share your latest win, or learn together from a recent setback - there's no better place than DOES. It is in this spirit of community and shared-learning that we invite you to join as at the conference next month . (BTW - use code "DOES10" at checkout for 10 off conference pass!) The DevOps Community will be there - and we hope you come too!

What is a CrowdChat?

A CrowdChat is a one stop solution to hosting #hashtag chats across multiple social networks. It is essentially like Tweetchat, with all the updates sent to Twitter and the #hashtag automatically appended. But it also preserves the conversation transcript, allows for back-linking with Twitter cards and preserving the Question / Answer format of the session. english to indonesian Voting allows interesting content to bubble up, even after the chat ends.
  • Anyone visiting our unique CrowdChat link (https://www.crowdchat.net/DOES15 ) can see all the updates. No registration is required.
  • If want to vote, answer or ask something, you can sign-in via Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn in order to participate.
  • This is a place we can bring lots of people together to have a hosted conversation on social media in a short amount of time (1 hour).
  • Check out our previous DOES15 CrowdChat  to see some pretty great conversations and some of the topics we discussed.
This will be fun! We hope you are looking forward to it as much as we are - See you 9/30!
