The AngularJS project provides a seed project to help people out.
This comes with a CI setup from CloudBees out of the box - and I recently updated it to keep it as current as possible. You can try it out here - scroll down and find the button to launch on CloudBees.
This clones the starter project - and sets up tests in both Chrome and Firefox to run through both unit and integration tests.
