Enterprise Support
Jenkins Enterprise by CloudBees provides you access to technical support experts at CloudBees. We have unparalleled expertise with the Jenkins codebase, its design and its dependencies. We've written a large portion of Jenkins ourselves and we've seen a number of Jenkins deployments, both large and small, successful and not-so-successful. Let our expertise help ensure your implementation is one of the successful ones!
With a Jenkins Enterprise by CloudBees subscription, we provide the current open source Jenkins Long Term Support (LTS) release. Each LTS is supported by the Jenkins community for three months, post-release. CloudBees adds an additional nine months of support, providing a total of 12 months of support for each LTS release.
CloudBees will provide fixes for issues you encounter in the Jenkins code, including open source Jenkins plugins. Any fixes we make for our customers are provided back to the Jenkins community for inclusion within the LTS version, per current Jenkins community guidelines.
