With a CloudBees subscription, we provide the current Jenkins release for Long Term Support (LTS). Jenkins LTS is supported by the Jenkins community for three months, post-release. With a Jenkins Enterprise by CloudBees subscription, CloudBees adds an additional nine months of support for the LTS version, providing a total of up to 12 months of support.

CloudBees will provide fixes for issues you encounter in the Jenkins code, including Jenkins plugins. Any fixes we make for our customers are provided back to the Jenkins Community for inclusion within the LTS version, per current Jenkins Community guidelines.
