Jenkins Community Contests: Bring Me Some Bugs, Bug Bounty

CloudBees is committed to supporting the ongoing growth, maturity and viability of the Jenkins Continuous Integration (CI) platform. CloudBees also wants to promote engagement amongst the Jenkins community. Therefore, in support of these goals, CloudBees is sponsoring two contests to help identify and resolve bugs in the Jenkins CI platform. The reporting and resolution of bugs improves the platform for the benefit of the entire Jenkins Community.

The two contests, announced at the Jenkins User Conference, San Francisco, are:

  1. Bug Bounty - ended 12/31/2011
  2. Bring Me Some Bugs - ended 11/30/2011

Bottom line: YOU can win cool stuff just for doing something you were going to do anyway. For details about both contests, please see below.

Good luck bounty hunting—and watch out, bugs!
